These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through WeldAtelier.com and use of this website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Products

WELD textiles are dyed and finished individually by hand using natural materials and processes. Variations in color, tone, texture, markings, and other characteristics are part of the nature of the work and are not considered defects.

We make every effort to represent colors and products accurately online. However, colors may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, and individual screens.

Availability

Pieces are produced individually and in small editions. Availability is limited and a product appearing on the website is not guaranteed to remain available.

In the unlikely event that an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you and issue a refund where appropriate.

Orders and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the website. Payment is due at the time an order is placed.

WELD reserves the right to cancel or decline an order in the event of an error, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or another circumstance that prevents us from completing the transaction. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

Shipping and Returns

Processing, shipping, returns, exchanges, and damaged-order procedures are described in our Shipping & Returns policy.

Care

Natural dyes and silk are sensitive materials. Customers are responsible for following the care instructions supplied with their piece.

Color may change subtly over time as part of the natural aging of plant- and insect-dyed textiles. Damage resulting from improper washing, storage, exposure, or handling is not considered a product defect.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the photographs, artwork, text, designs, branding, and other original content appearing on WeldAtelier.com belong to WELD and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.

You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, WELD is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products.
