Processing
Each WELD piece is individually dyed and finished by hand. Some pieces may receive their final hand-finished edges after an order is placed.
Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be prepared before shipment.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping
Orders are shipped from British Columbia, Canada.
Shipping rates and available delivery options are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
International customers are responsible for any duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges that may apply in their destination country.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
Returns
If your purchase isn’t right for you, please contact WELD within 7 days of delivery.
Returns are accepted for pieces that are:
Unworn and unused
In their original condition
Returned with their original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was sent.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once the returned piece has been received and inspected, an eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
Because WELD pieces are produced individually and in small editions, direct exchanges may not always be possible.
If you would like a different piece, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you based on current availability.
Final Sale
Custom pieces, gift cards, and items specifically marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact WELD as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
Natural Variation
WELD textiles are dyed individually using natural materials and processes. Subtle differences in color, tone, markings, and texture are inherent to the work and are part of what makes each piece unique. These natural variations are not considered defects.
