Madder 02 - Square 28

A saturated orange-red built through successive madder baths. Madder 02 began alongside Madder 01, then returned to the exhaust bath for a second layer of colour, deepening the original orange into persimmon and warm terracotta.

The additional dye layer gives the silk a richer, more grounded tone while preserving the clarity and warmth characteristic of madder root.
